Our calendar exclusively features adoptee-led events! We don’t want anyone to miss a chance to connect with, network with, or support adoptees. It is free to list your event and it doesn’t have to be related to adoption, specifically.

Join our transformative nine week program where you will be supported in your growth as an Empowered Masculine Leader in four key areas.

About The Organizer:
Gabriel as a leader and facilitator offers programs and circles for BIPOC male identified community members. Originally from Chicago, Gabriel is an adult adoptee, first generation street dance artist, founder of MoFundamentals, and artivist dedicated to highlighting the resiliency of the foster and adoptee community. His work centers around disseminating his knowledge of street dance, lessons of manhood derived from his experiences in homelessness, being his own financial safety net and foster care. Gabriel brings important ancestral practices from his P’urhépecha lineage in to his work. His contributions at the intersection of hip hop, education, healing practices, and foster care advocacy have earned him invitation to train at intensives hosted by Rennie Harris, nomination for the ACTIVATE Arts Advocacy Fellowship to represent Los Angeles City District 1, and recruitment to pilot reentry programming funded by the California Arts Council.

Program Timeline:
It is with great pleasure that I am offering a 1.5 hour weekly leadership program focused on supporting the healing of masculine and male-identified BIPOC community members from June 24th, 2021 – August 19th, 2021 (5pm-6:30pm Pacific Standard Time). It is an honor to support you on this 9 week journey of evaluating our healing in Health, Emotional Wellness, Relationships, and Creating Prosperity. I’ve learned that trauma lives in isolation and am inviting all who are seeking to nourish their inner masculine while building a community of M-powered Masculine Leaders.
